I am an experienced Chartered Physiotherapist with dual specialism in Respiratory and Musculoskeletal.

I worked for 10 years in the NHS specialising in Long Term Respiratory Conditions such as Asthma, Bronchiectasis, Pulmonary Fibrosis and COPD. I also ran an Oxygen Service covering assessment and review of patients prescribed Oxygen both Long Term and Ambulatory.

I left the NHS during COVID with the aim to make patient care more personalised and flexible to individual needs. I see you as people, not numbers. I want to ensure you get the care you need from someone who cares about you. I want to provide care without the long waiting lists.

BHJ Respiratory was set up in 2021 with these values at the core. I work collaboratively with Respiratory Consultants at Derby to provide Respiratory Physiotherapy to their patients. I assess and treat Long COVID patients who struggle to find care and listening ears in the NHS. I worked hard to develop my skills and gain the dual specialism in Musculoskeletal physio for my Long COVID patients with varied symptoms. I now assess and treat Musculoskeletal injuries and conditions too.
